St. Andrews, Scotland is home to an impressive 7 hole golf course. This historic site is located in a region where golf has been played since the 15th century. In 1552 the current location was officially designated as a golf location. We are proud to be part of this story by supplying our space saving folding overhead doors for St. Andrews Golf Course in Scotland.
Protected and safe
The Allan Robertson House is one of the golf course buildings. It is a modern house with several sloping roofs. Among other things, there is a driving range with video analysis devices. Of course, these should be safely enclosed in the building and has to be protected from the various weather conditions. Compact doors close the premises securely and offer good insulation. The modern gray of the folding overhead doors from the St. Andrews golf course is also reflected in the roofs, creating a harmonious overall picture.
Perfect match
Due to the sloping roofs, it would have been a complicated task to install ordinary sectional doors. There are also lamps on the ceiling, which of course should not be covered. Finally, there must also be sufficient light for the video analysis devices. The folding overhead door takes up hardly any space and thus ensures that there is sufficient light and that the building is securely closed at the same time.
