From now on, Compact industrial doors resellers can easily manage all orders and requests in one overview in the new Rolflex partner portal. After months of extensive testing, we have published a version that we proudly present to all resellers.
Why a Partner Portal?
Resellers in particular with many quotations and requests do not always have access to important information during the sales process. Previously, quotes could not be adjusted, so a new quote was needed at all times. This is error-prone and inefficient. We have also received many phone calls about expected delivery dates, because resellers were dependent on email and telephone contact to arrange matters with Rolflex. With the new Partner Portal there is more insight and resellers can arrange much more themselves, 24/7, 7 days a week.
What can I do in the Rolflex Partner Portal?
In the Rolflex Partner Portal, a reseller can find an overview of all quotations and orders that have ever been created for your company, for both doors and parts. You can easily search and filter if you are looking for a specific order. But it doesn’t stop at just looking, you can also adjust, approve and cancel quotes. As a result, you no longer have to create a whole new quotation for a minor change. So much easier, don’t you think? Do you have doors in production? You will then find an estimated shipping date in the portal.
Who is the Rolflex Partner Portal accessible to?
The Rolflex Partner Portal is accessible to all people who work at one of our affiliated resellers. For example, if you have previously submitted a configurator request as a reseller, you should have access to the portal. The portal is not accessible to private customers. If you work at a reseller, but we do not yet have your contact details, please let us know and we will ensure that you can gain access.
How to log in?
- If you log in for the first time, you must first create an account. You go to https://login.rolflex.com/create and enter your email address and choose a password.
- You will receive a confirmation email and click “confirm”
- You log in to the portal at https://portal.rolflex.com.
You are now logged in and can get started. Tip: Save https://portal.rolflex.com to your bookmarks
What if I have problems logging in?
If you do not receive a confirmation email, or are unable to log in for any other reason, please contact us at sales@rolflex.com or (+31)315 695 954. Your email address may not be in our file or that there are technical problems. We are happy to solve this for you.
