Are you looking to replace your commercial overhead doors? Or are you looking for doors in a new building? About 25 years ago, Rolflex developed a new type of overhead door: the Compact folding door.

The Compact door looks similar to a traditional commercial overhead door on the outside. The real difference is on the inside:

  • No overhead tracks: The Compact door has an innovative folding system that stacks the panels above the door. No need for overhead tracks. Ideal when you have a crane track, installations or equipment directly behind the door. It is perfect for commercial areas as well, as you can neatly tuck the panels away in the ceiling.
  • No balancing springs: most overhead doors have balancing springs, which require regular maintenance. The Compact door does not have these and is therefore low in maintenance.
  • Versatile: the door is both practical in more industrial buildings as well as stylish for commercial buildings.

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is a 4.655 km motorsport circuit in Montmeló, Catalonia, Spain. With long straights and a multitude of corners, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is considered an all-round course.

ENKA-campus Rijn IJsselcollege installs 8 Compact overhead doors

This multifunctional new building will accommodate 3000 MBO students in technology and ICT. Eight Compact sectional doors were installed in the vehicle technology room. Since there are several lifting platforms in this room, the ceiling space should be kept as free as possible. Our folding doors are of course perfect for this.
